I am rolling out Windows 11 with this issue and it VERY PAINFUL (600). Oh, and one other thing MS has done, Blocked any registry edits on these internal apps. ( This will only get worse since MS is fight for drive use from Google Drive. Users are not able to find files, IT has trouble moving it back from One Drive. It has started moving desktop to One Drive. Messing up where data is saved by default or just randomly. Same with one drive, it just keeps reloading after using a third party removal tool. And there is no global settings to turn off the 'msteams chat'. It has changed over 60 times since Jan 1 2023.ĭon't even mention if more that one user is on that device, it will just reload.

MS keeps changing the path of the folder structure so when I do get it blocked, they patch and change the path.

I have tried blocking the exe, the path etc. Of course it is not the O365 Teams.exe that we use and can login. User think the msteams in windows native is loading and they try to login. msteams keeps loading and reinstall (same as One Drive) no matter how I try to stop it. MSTEAMS.exe is the built-in version of O365 Teams.exe. Microsoft is doing it again by pushing more apps within Windows.
